- Certified companies must comply with the certification body’s requirements when using the certification logo mark on communication media such as the Internet, brochures, advertisements, and other documents.
- The use of the certification logo mark on products and product packaging is prohibited. It must not be used in a manner that may mislead people into thinking that the certification body has certified the product itself.
- Certification companies may not use the certification logo on reports or certificates of calibration or inspection performed by their inspection bodies, and must not use it in a manner that may mislead people into thinking that the certification body has certified them.
- Organizations that are not certified must not use, display or advertise false certification marks.
- In the event of certification revocation, we will follow the instructions of the certification body and prohibit the use of all related documents, including the certification logo mark.
- If the scope of certification is reduced due to a change in the scope of certification, the certification must be modified and used so that it can be recognized as being within the scope of certification.
- Certified companies must comply with legal regulations and advertising guidelines when displaying the certification mark in advertising, and take steps to avoid any loss of reputation or social credibility in their certified management system.
- If the certification mark is not used correctly, the certification may be suspended or revoked. If you find that you are using the certification logo mark incorrectly, you must take appropriate measures such as correction and corrective measures, or withdrawal of the certificate.
- Non-certified organizations using false certification marks or engaging in any other violations will be held legally liable under the regulations.

Correct use of the logo
● Size
You may enlarge or reduce the size, but it is prohibited to use it at a size less than 10mm.
● Color
As a general rule, please use color.
(Only when this is difficult, black and white display is acceptable.)
● Expiry date
The certification logo can be used from the date of certificate issue until its expiration date.
● Certification Statement
When promoting your certification, the following statement must be included:
– Certified company name, brand, etc.
– Type of management system and applicable standards (e.g. ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO/IEC 27001)
– Certification Authority (LAP)
Example) ●●’s quality management system is ISO9001:2015 certified by LAP.
